We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of the platform, and via verification processes:

A. User & Customer Information

• Contact Details: Full name, telephone/mobile number, email address, city, and location coordinates when submitting an enquiry or requesting a callback.
• Enquiry Details: Project requirements, services sought, budget criteria, and timeline specifications provided in quick quote forms.

B. Business Listing & Contractor Information

• Business Profile: Business trade name, contact person name, authorized designation, physical business address, pin code, state, and geographic coordinates.
• Operational Media: Business logos, storefront photos, service catalogs, project portfolio images, brochures, and price lists uploaded to public dossiers.
• KYC & Verification Data: GSTIN certificate, PAN card, Shop & Establishment Act license, trade certificates, or municipal registration documents uploaded for identity authentication.

C. Technical & Telemetry Data

• Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, time spent on listing pages, and contact click engagement counters (e.g. tracking "Call", "WhatsApp", or "Get Quote" taps).

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected information for legitimate business purposes including:

• Connecting Buyers & Sellers: Routing consumer enquiries directly to relevant, verified contractors and businesses in your selected city.
• Listing Verification: Authenticating business credentials, preventing duplicate listings, and moderating content to maintain directory trust and quality.
• Customer Support: Responding to user feedback, technical support tickets, and dispute enquiries.
• Fraud Detection & Security: Protecting against malicious activity, automated web scraping, identity theft, and spam submissions.

4. Lead Delivery & Matching (Justdial-Style Connectivity)

When you submit a "Get Best Quote", "Contact Business", or general directory enquiry form on our platform, you expressly authorize Directory Hub to forward your contact name, phone number, and requested service requirements to the corresponding listed business or up to three (3) verified contractors offering similar services in your city.

This data sharing is necessary to fulfill the primary commercial discovery purpose of our directory. Once forwarded, the recipient businesses may contact you via telephone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to provide competitive quotations and discuss your project.

5. Telecommunications Consent & TRAI / DND Guidelines

In accordance with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines and the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018:

These communications are strictly transactional and directly solicited by your enquiry. You may opt out of future directory marketing notifications at any time by contacting our grievance team.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers. We disclose information solely under the following circumstances:

• To Listed Businesses: When you express interest in their services, as described in Section 4.
• To Technical Service Providers: Trusted cloud hosting facilities, SMS gateway providers, and cybersecurity vendors who operate under strict non-disclosure obligations.
• For Legal & Regulatory Compliance: If mandated by law enforcement authorities, court summons, or regulatory agencies under Indian law.

7. Data Security & Retention

• Listing Deactivation: Request deactivation or permanent removal of your business profile from the public directory.
